Terms of services

Thank you for considering me for your commission!
Here are some important notes:

  • Please be aware that when you commission me, you're acquiring a digital version of the artwork, not a physical print.

  • Effective communication between the commissioning party and the artist is vital throughout the process. Therefore I ask of you to stay in contact with me between paying and receiving the final artwork.

  • Work on your commission will commence only once the up-front payment is received.

  • I reserve the right to decline orders if the content is deemed inappropriate or falls outside my comfort zone.

  • Completion times for commissions can vary but typically range between [1-2 weeks]. The maximum waiting period is [1 month].

Please read my full TOS before commissioning!

payment

Up-front payment must be fully paid after commission details have been discussed and agreed upon, before any work will begin.I accept payments through PayPal and Ko-fi.Refund Policy:
- I offer refunds during the sketch phase, no questions asked.
- Refund requests can only be submitted before any lining or coloring of your artwork (aka. during the sketch phase).
- Once the sketch has been approved, refunds will not be available.
To cancel your commission, please reach out to me directly. Forced refunds without prior communication will result in a blacklist from my commissions.
Artwork that is canceled or refunded, whether completed or not, may be repurposed by me for future projects, including commissions, personal works, and YCHs. You may not use commissioned artwork or sketches if you cancel or request/receive a refund.

Policies

  • Significant changes to commissions may only be made during the sketching phase.

  • If the initial sketch does not align with your character's aesthetic or vibe, and you'd like a refund, please inform me during the sketch phase. A full refund will be granted if adjustments are unfeasible.

  • Once the sketch is approved, changes such as pose and attire cannot be altered. It is advised to discuss these aspects during the sketch phase to avoid issues.

  • Should you have any concerns at any time, please do not hesitate to contact me. Flexibility may be considered, provided the requests are reasonable and align with the creative process.

  • Completion times for commissions can vary but typically range between [1-2 weeks]. The maximum waiting period is [1 month]. If you require expedited service, please communicate this prior to commissioning. Failure to disclose this information and subsequent cancellation due to missed deadlines will result in being blacklisted from future commissioning.

  • Artwork Delivery: Please note that I will provide you with high-resolution PNG files for your PNGtuber and any additional expressions. It will be your responsibility to import and set up these images in your chosen streaming software or program. I do not offer services for assembling or configuring the PNGtuber within any specific program.

working

You want to take a commission?First of all to take a commission, here is the first point you should do.1/ Contact me via DM!
You can contact me in DM on any platform where I am present! (X [Twitter] mostly)
Send me some references of the character you want (reference sheet prefered), as well as any details that might be important (forexample: pose, personality and expression)
2/ Confirmation!
Once the first step is clear and completed and we agree, I will add your commission in my To Do list!
The waiting time for your commission to start can be longer or shorter, everything will depend on the number of commissions I have to do on the side, and if I'm busy or not IRL (it can go from a day to a month if I really have a lot of comms! Ofc I will inform you ASAP regardless!)
3/ It's your comissions turn!
When I get to your comission on my To Do list, then I will first send you a message to confirm if you are still OK or not with the commission (if I don't have an answer I will not start!)
I am gonna ask for an upfront payment, which is the half of the total price, and will depend on what type of artwork you choose / have chosen.
The payment itself will happen through Paypal or Ko-fi. If you do not have a PayPal or Ko-fi account, I ask that you make one.
4/ The upfront payment is done!
After the upfront payment is done, I can start to do your commission!
As that happens, I will add your commission to my In Progress list!
Depending on what type of artwork did you chose, I am gonna show you the sketch, the lineart and the colored version while I go through the process of drawing your art. (All in progress art is gonna be watermarked to protect me and my work).
If you are satisfied with everything then I will continue until I finish the art.
5/ The comission is finished!
Once the comission is finished I will add it to my Finished list!
I will first send you the finished piece (with a watermark on it) and ask you if you are satisfied with everything. (To make sure you don't need any changes / modifications etc.)
6/ Final Payment and Final Art!
After you have approved and liked everything. I am gonna send you an invoice about the other half of the payment.
Once I got the final payment and everything is good, I can send the art to you via email or Google Drive so that you have it in good quality!
And it's done! :3
